These terms apply to the AIOT public website, the learner accounts created through it, and the programme information published on it.
AIOT publishes information about professional learning programmes, lets you create a learner account, lets you apply for a programme, and provides resources, planning tools and support material. Pages describe scope and readiness; they are not an invoice, an offer of a place, or a contract of employment or study.
A programme shown in the catalogue is not a guarantee that a cohort is running. Scheduled dates, cohort capacity, delivery mode and institutional approval are confirmed in writing to you before any commitment is made. Where a programme is delivered with a partner institution, that partner sets its own admission and award requirements.
AIOT records completion of learning activity and issues evidence of that completion. A certificate or record from AIOT is proof that you finished the stated learning. It does not by itself confer a professional licence, a right to practise, or an accredited degree, and it must not be presented as one.
You must give accurate details, choose a password that you do not use elsewhere, and keep it private. One person uses one account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used your account. You may ask for your account to be closed at any time.
Do not attempt to reach another person's account or records, do not scrape or bulk-download this site, do not upload malicious code, and do not misrepresent your completion status or the status of a programme. AIOT may suspend access that puts learners, partners or systems at risk.
Materials are provided for education. They are not legal, medical, financial, immigration or other professional advice. Decisions that carry professional or legal consequence need a qualified review of your own circumstances.
AIOT and its technology partner publish the platform, materials, designs and documentation on this site. Your own coursework, portfolio and submitted work remain yours. Do not copy, resell or misrepresent AIOT materials without written permission.
No payment is taken through this website. Any programme or deployment fee is agreed separately, in writing, before payment is requested. Read the refund policy for how those separate arrangements are handled.
These terms may change as the platform changes. The version date shown at the top of this page is the version in force; material changes are noted on the learner dashboard before they apply to you.
