This page answers the refund question directly, in two parts: what happens on this website, and what happens under a separate written agreement.
No form, page or tool on aiot.org.uk accepts a card, mobile money or bank transfer, and no payment is charged by using this site. Submitting an application, an enquiry or an institutional request creates no money obligation and nothing is billed, so there is no on-site charge to refund.
The opening tech-skills learning season is published as no course fee. If that ever changes, the price and the terms are stated before you are asked to submit anything, and this page is updated with them.
Programme fees and institutional deployment fees are agreed in a separate written quotation or contract, and payment is made against that document, not through this website. The refund, cancellation and reschedule terms for such a payment are the terms stated in that document. AIOT does not publish refund terms for money it has not agreed to receive.
Tell us through your dashboard or the help library. Your application can be withdrawn and your record closed or deleted as you ask. Withdrawing an application costs nothing because no payment was taken here.
Report it to [email protected] with the amount requested, the channel used and any receipt. A payment request that is not in a written AIOT or partner-institution agreement should be treated as unverified until confirmed in writing.
